Iraw tech was founded in march 2003 by group of smart card professionals who have accumulated more than 20 years of experience in IC card manufacturing. Iraw tech focuses on providing integrated manufacturing capability and total customer satisfaction service in smart card industry.


The iraw tech has a wide range of product lines including IC card reader, ISO card, combi card, SIM card, smart disc, prox-key tag for industry and home security use. We also participate in satellite broadcasting equipment in q4 2003 and start to launch in the market in the early 2004, including satellite card, card programmer, cam(conditional access module), set-top box 1000 and 3000 series. We even extend our sales force to meet the fast growing flash memory demand by established SD/MMC sales division to promote SD/MMC flash memory in portable memory market.
